3. Each caregiver on our team undergoes a rigorous screening process, which includes:
a . Criminal background check with a vulnerable sector
b . Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certificates, ensuring their preparedness to handle any medical emergencies that may arise.
c . Training in TLR (Transfer Lift Reposition) techniques, equipping them to effectively assist individuals with mobility and positioning needs.
